Central Electricity Board (CEB) INVITATION FOR BIDS (Authorised under Section 16 of the Public Procurement Act 2006) Consultancy Services for the Implementation of a Mixed Communication Systems for the Mauritius Smart Grid Procurement ref: OAB-TD-20-064 (IFB 2109) Open Advertised Bidding The Central Electricity Board is inviting proposals from eligible and qualified bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Consultancy Services for the Implementation of a Mixed Communication Systems for the Mauritius Smart Grid Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2021/2109. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 08 February 2021 at 13.30 hours (local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 08 February 2021 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 10 February 2021 up to 13.30 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 10 February 2021 as from 13.45 hours.
