- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services to Re-Engineer the Finance Division of the Central Water Authority. 1. The Central Water Authorityinvites proposals to provide the following consulting services to re-engineer the Finance Division of the CWA. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 5). 2. It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm. 3. A firm will be selected under Open Advertised Bidding proceduresand in a Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP. The RFP includes the following documents: Section 1 - Request for Proposals Letter Section 2 - Instructions to Consultants and Data Sheet Section 3 - Technical Proposal (FTP) - Standard Forms Section 4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms Section 5 - Terms of Reference Section 6 - Standard Forms of Contract (Lump-Sum) 4. (a) Consultants whether local or foreign under an existing or intended joint venture will be eligible as a joint venture if, in addition to their respective individual registration, they obtain a Provisional Registration for the joint venture prior to submitting proposals for this project. If an existing or intended joint venture is awarded the contract it shall have to apply for a Temporary Registration prior to starting the project. (d) Sub-consultants undertaking assignments on behalf of main consultants are also subject to registration as applicable to consultants. 5. Please inform us by 15 January 2022 , in writing at CWA Head Office St-Paul or by facsimile on(230) 686 6264, or by E-mail on cwa@intnet.mu. (a) that you have received this Request for Proposals; and (b) whether you intend to submit a proposal alone or intend to enhance your experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s) (if permissible under Section 2, Instructions to Consultants (ITC), Data Sheet 14.1.1). © Information should be submitted online. 6. Details on the proposal-s submission date, time and address are provided in ITC 17.7 and ITC 17.9.
