- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services as Veterinary Officer under Expert Skills Scheme for the Rodrigues Regional Assembly Any request for clarification should be forwarded via facsimile 230 831 2128 or e-mail: iceoff@intnet.mu addressed to the same person mentioned in para. 7. Request for clarifications should be received 14 days prior to the deadline set for submission of proposals at para. 7. The Government of the Republic of Mauritius requires that bidders/suppliers/contractors participating in the procurement in Mauritius observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement process and execution of contracts. Service providers are advised to consult the website of the Procurement Policy Office of Mauritius ppo.govmu.org to acquaint themselves with the legislations related to procurement in Mauritius The envelopes containing the Technical and Financial Proposals shall be placed into an outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope bearing the name and address of the consultant , the procurement reference number and addressed to The Island Chief Executive , Chief Commissioner-s Office, Rodrigues Administration, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues and despatched by courier services so as reach the above named address or deposited in the bid box at the same address on Wednesday 17 February 2021 by 13h30 local time at latest.
