- Tenders are invited for Painting Works at Town Hall Building (Ground +1) & Administrative Block (Ground + 2). Painting works at Town Hall Building ( Ground +1 ) & Administrative block (Ground + 2) Painting of building (exterior only), of all external walls, columns, beams, slabs, all staircases areas (interior and exterior), galvanised metal openings (entire frame) and the likes. All to be done as per specifications. All materials, labour and plant shall be supplied by the Contractor. Note: Necessary scaffoldings and security measures for public to be provided. Washing of the whole building with a high pressure water jet and remove all loose paints, dust and other particles formed on the surface area to be painted. Remedial works to be carried out to wherever required with provision of cement/sand mortar, putty or other approved filler. All metal openings to be brushed to remove all loose paint and other particles. Apply one coats of primer and two coats of approved gloss paint to the whole metal openings. 1 SUM.
