Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 12 December 2017 up to 13.00 hrs (Local Time) 3.. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 12 December 2017 from 13.46 hours till Thursday 14 December 2017 up to 12.55 hours. 4.
