- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Passenger Van/ Microbus (15 Seaters) & Minibus (30 Seaters) for the Mauritius Police Force. (a) The bidder has to submit its best quote for the periodic servicing of the model quoted for Item 1- Passenger Van/ Microbus (15 Seaters) & Item 2- Minibus (30 seaters) by filling in the servicing schedule for the first 300,000 kms or five (5) years (whichever comes first) as per the given format in Table No.1 & 2. The prices quoted to remain fixed for the first 300,000 kms or five (5) years (whichever comes first) as from the date of the commissioning of the vehicles. (b) The periodic servicing shall be as per the Manufacturer-s recommendation, inclusive of labour, genuine spare parts and materials, for vehicles running under severe and harsh conditions inclusive of warranty period for Item 1- Passenger Van/ Microbus (15 Seaters) & Item 2- Minibus (30 seaters). (c ) Terms & conditions of warranty period should be of a minimum as per warranty conditions mentioned at Section VII Technical Specifications . (d) A copy of the Manufacturer-s periodic maintenance schedule for each model quoted shall be submitted along at time of submission of bid. The bid validity period shall be 90 days as from deadline for submission of bids.
