- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Surgical Medical Gloves for Annual Requirements 2020-2021. 1. Bids on appropriate forms are invited from qualified and eligible local bidders for Procurement of Surgical Medical Gloves for Annual Requirements 2020-2021. 2. Other details of the requirements and conditions are contained in the bidding document. 3. The bidding document is available free of charge on this website: publicprocurement.govmu.org 4. Any clarification sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellness, 10th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis, Attn: Assistant Manager Procurement and Supply, Medical Disposable Section, Fax No.: +230 211 6864 so as to reach him at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of the bids. 5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Procurement of Surgical Medical Gloves for Annual Requirements 2020-2021 - MHPQ/MDIS/2020-2021/Q11” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellness and deposited in the Bid Box at the under-mentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellness on or before Wednesday 18 November 2020 up to 10.00 hours (local time) at latest. 6. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Health and Wellness on the same day at 10.30 hrs in the presence of bidders/ bidders- representatives who choose to attend. 7. The Ministry of Health and Wellness reserves the right to: (a) accept or reject any bid; and (b) reject all bids, or cancel the public procurement proceedings at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid as per provision of section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.
