- Tenders are invited for Provision for the Setting Up of an Integrated Communication Network. Closing Date: 14 February 2018 at 13:30 (Local Time) Restriction: Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Provision for the Setting Up of an Integrated Communication Network at Renganaden Seeneevassen Building, Port Louis.” and reference number MSS/OAB 57/2017-18 should be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security Division) and deposited in the Bid Box situated at 12th Floor, Renganaden Seeneevassen Building, Corner Jules Koenig & Maillard Streets, Port Louis on or before Wednesday 14 February 2018 up to 13:30 hours (local time) at latest. Bids submitted by mail should be sent to the same address as above with mention “12th Floor Registry” so as to reach by same date and time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security Division) on the same day at 13:45 hours in the presence of bidders/bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. The Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security Division) reserves the right to : (a) accept or reject any bid; and (b) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability towards the bidder.
