- Tenders are invited for Provision of Transport Services. 1.0 Door to door conveyance of Customs Officers working at SSR International Airport (Arrival/Departure Halls and Cargo Shed) in 14 seater vans. Quote to include of Airport Access fees 1.1 From any location/s throughout the island to SSR International Airport (Arrival/Departure Halls and Cargo Shed) between 0600 to 1800 hours 1440 1.2 From any location/s throughout the island to SSR International Airport (Arrival/Departure Halls and Cargo Shed) between 1800 hours to 0600 hours 1440 1.3 From SSR International Airport (Arrival/Departure Halls and Cargo Shed) to any location/s throughout the island between 0600 to 1800 hours 1440 1.4 From SSR International Airport (Arrival/Departure Halls and Cargo Shed) to any location/s throughout the island between 1800 hours to 0600 hours 1440 2.0 Conveyance of staff between 0800 to 1700 hours in 14 seater vans 2.1 From (i) Ehram Court - Cnr Mgr. Gonin & Sir Virgil Naz Streets Port-Louis, (ii) Custom House - Mer Rouge, Port-Louis, (iii) Belfort Tower Dauphine Street Port Louis, (iv) PATS Airport to any location/s throughout the island on a drop only basis 100 2.2 From any location/s throughout the island to (i) Ehram Court (ii) Custom House (iii) Belfort Tower (iv) PATS Airport on a drop only basis 50 2.3 Site Visit - From (i) Ehram Court (ii) Custom House (iii) Belfort Tower to any location/s throughout the island and back on a drop and wait basis (trip not exceeding 4 hours) 3600 2.3.1 Hourly charge for waiting time beyond first 4 hours for trip as per 2.3 above 1 2.4 Stand by at Ehram Court, Belfort Tower, Custom House - to move within Port-Louis (9 vans daily) 4700 2.5 Stand by at PATS Airport (or new Customs Building at Le Chaland Road) - to move within the airport region up to Mahebourg and Plaine-Magnien (1 van daily). 525 2.6 Conveyance of staff between 1800 to 0600 hours in 14 seater vans from any location/s throughout the island to (i) Ehram Court (ii) Custom House and (iii) Belfort on a drop only basis (approximately 6 vans daily) 3300 Etc.
