- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Safety Equipment At the Dbm Industrial Buildings at Plaine Lauzun”. 1. The Development Bank of Mauritius Ltd (DBM) is inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified local bidders for the “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Safety Equipment at the DBM Industrial Buildings at Plaine Lauzun” in accordance with the ITB, Bidding Data Sheet, General Conditions of Contract, Particular Conditions of Contract, Employer’s and other requirements set out in the Bidding Documents. 2. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect and acquire the bidding documents on the Government Procurement website publicprocurement.govmu.org and the DBM website www.dbm.mu 3. Any request for clarification on the Bidding Documents should be made to: The Assistant Manager, Industrial Estate Department, DBM, Chaussée Street, Port Louis (Email: srughoobur@dbm.mu), not later than 14 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. 4. Bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Safety Equipment at the DBM Industrial Buildings at Plaine Lauzun”; “Bid Reference Number: OAB DBM/I.E. 1457”; and “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 13 June 2019 at 14:30 hrs (local time)”, addressed to the Managing Director, DBM, should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the 1st Floor, DBM Building, Chaussée Street, Port Louis at latest by Thursday 13 June 2019 at 14:00 hrs (local time). Bids received through fax and/or electronically and/or by post will not be accepted. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. 5. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room, 1st Floor, DBM Building, Chaussée Street, Port Louis on Thursday 13 June 2019 at 14:30 hrs (local time) in the presence of bidders/bidder’s representative who choose to attend. 6. Bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled on Wednesday 22 May 2019 at 10:00 hrs (local time) at the DBM’s Site Office at DBM Plaine Lauzun Industrial Estate to raise any matter in the understanding of the requirements of the DBM, submission of documents and related issues. 7. DBM reserves the right to: (i) accept or reject any bid; (ii) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder
