- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Project Monitoring System Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the eProcurement System at http:\\eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. with Reference Number MOF/IFB/2021/137 and inspect the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting, which potential bidders may attend will be held on Tuesday 9 June 2021 at 1100 hours through video conference at link https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3a8494e870c7844a26b9f32dc4a89a9b0a%40thread.tacv2/1622532178102?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%22e79f8d4f-b270-4470-89e8-5a976573e30a%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%22cb714f41-58ec-4a50-a902-ced4c5341b31%22%7d Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 1300 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 13.01 on Friday 2 July 2021. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to (i) the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all software is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the Bidder and (ii) that violations are considered fraud, which can result in ineligibility to be awarded public contracts Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 1346 hours till Friday
