- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Angiography Machine with All Necessary Accessories for Cardiac Centre Pamplemousses. Bids are invited from local suppliers for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF ANGIOGRAPHY MACHINE WITH ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES FOR CARDIAC CENTRE, PAMPLEMOUSSES 2. Other details of the requirements and conditions are contained in the bidding documents. 3. The bidding documents will be available free of charge on the portal of the Procurement Policy Office website: publicprocurement.govmu.org 4. Any clarifications sought by any bidder in respect of the items to be procured shall be addressed in writing to the Executive Director, Trust Fund For Specialised Medical Care, Cardiac Centre, Pamplemousses, Fax: 243 8384 so as to reach him at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of bids and reply thereto will be made within seven (7) days prior to closing date for submission of bids. 5. A Site Visit/Pre -bid meeting has been scheduled on Tuesday 19 January 2021 at 10.30 hours in the Conference Room at Cardiac Centre, Pamplemousses 6. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF ANGIOGRAPHY MACHINE WITH ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES FOR CARDIAC CENTRE PAMPLEMOUSSES - BID No:- TFSMC/CC/ONB/2020-2021/Q 1 & CPB/ 51/2020” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Chief Executive and deposited in the Bid Box at the under-mentioned address on Tuesday 16 February 2021 up to 13.30 hours (local time) at latest.
