- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Fire Detection and Alarm System at Lady Sushil Ramgoolam Mediclinic BelvéDèRe Any clarification sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellness, 10th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis, Attn: Assistant Manager Procurement and Supply, Non-Medical Section, Fax No.: +2302116864 so as to reach him at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of the bids. 5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Detection and Alarm System at Lady Sushil Ramgoolam Mediclinic Belvédère. MHPQ/NMW&S/2019-2020/ONB/Q38)”and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellness and deposited in the Bid Box at the under-mentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Wellnesson or before Wednesday 05 August 2020 up to 10.00 hours (local time) at latest.
