Tenders are invited for Upgrading of Julius Nyerere Avenue (b1) and Construction of b1-m1 Link Road (Design-Build/Turnkey). 1.The Road Development Authority is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius,and international bidders through the Government e-procurement System for the UPGRADING OF JULIUS NYERERE AVENUE (B1) AND CONSTRUCTION OF B1-M1 LINK ROAD (DESIGN-BUILD/TURNKEY). 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System:https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org Reference Number on the system:RDA/IFB/2023/399 3. Bids mustbesubmitted online on the eProcurementSystembyTuesday 02 April 2024 up to 13.30hours (MauritianTime) at latest. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 02 April 2024 as from 14:31 hours (MauritianTime) till Thursday 04 April 2024 up to 14:00hours (MauritianTime). 5.
