Description:
Tenders are invited for Completion of Outstanding Works of a 203 Housing Units and Associated Infrastructural Works at Mare D Albert Lot 2. The Works consist of the following: Extensive survey of existing works on an ‘As is where is basis-. Site clearance comprising of clearing, removal and grubbing of all shrubs, plants and trees of any girth. Completion of the construction of 203 housing units including all M&E works, boundary walls, etc… Construction of community centre and other amenities as instructed by the Employer. Construction complete roads comprising of 50mm thick asphalt wearing course on 150mm thick compacted and primed crusher run and minimum 200mm thick well compacted hardcore as per drawings together with road marking and road signs. Construction complete of 1500mm wide footpath laid on 100mm compacted crusher run, laid on a well compacted ground base strata. Construction and laying of kerbs, gully inlets complete as per drawings Construction of block wall with chain link fencing to boundary of site Construction complete of water reticulation network inclusive of excavation in any material, supply, laying testing and disinfecting of DI pipes and fittings, selected backfill, supply, laying, and testing and of valves. Liaise and coordinate with relevant Authorities concerned as deem necessary for seeking necessary clearances. Planting with grass seeding, irrigating and maintenance until handover of identified green grassed areas of site. Other works as described in these documents.
