Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Construction of a Link Road between Motorway M1 at Hillcrest and Motorway M3 at Trianon. 1. The Road Development Authorityis proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Consultancy Services for the Construction of a Link Road between Motorway M1 at Hillcrest and Motorway M3 at Trianon. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: [insert System Reference Number] 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule.
