Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure for the Republic of Mauritius Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 09 November 2020 at 13.30 hours (local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 09 November 2020 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 11 November 2020 up to 13.30 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 11 November 2020 as from 13.45 hours.
