Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Provision of Quality Assurance and Technical Advisory Services for the Implementation of E-Passport by an International Expert Team. 1. The Prime Minister-s Officeis proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants, local and international to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for Consultancy Services for the provision of quality assurance and technical advisory services for the implementation of e-passport by an International Expert team. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: PMO/IFB/2022/89 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 5 For the purpose of submitting online on e-procurement system, it is mandatory for bidders to buy a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the e-procurement class which can be procured through the Mauritius Post by applying online on the website https://mausign.govmu.org 6 Bidders are advised to procure their DSC well before preparing the proposal as it may take up to four days to obtain the DSC. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule. 7th Floor, New Government Centre Port Louis Mauritius 6 Bidders requiring support to prepare and submit bids online are kindly requested to contact the Help Desk of the Procurement Policy Office on email:eprocdesk@govmu.org 7.
