Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Technology Partnership Programme. 1. The Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius and International Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Consultancy Services for Technology Partnership Programme. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: E-Procurement Ref. No.: MITCI/IFB/2023/166 Procurement reference No: MITCI/OAB/08/2022-2023 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System. 5. Proposals received will be opened online at the Conference Room, 7th Floor, Wall Street, SICOM Tower, Ebene as per time set out on the Key Activity Schedule. 6. The Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation, reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
