- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Upgrading of Rapid Gravity Filtration Plant at La Marie Water Treatment Plant and Associated Pipelines. 1. The Central Water Authorityis proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential consultants opened to local/international Consultantsto submit their proposals through the Government e Procurement System for the Contract C2021/99 -Consultancy Services for the Upgrading of Rapid Gravity Filtration Plant at La Marie Water Treatment Plant and Associated Pipelines 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the e Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: CWA/IFB/2023/1577. 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the e Procurement System as per the KEY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per the KEY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE 5. A Pre Bid Meeting has been schedule on 10 January 2024 at 10.30 - Venue : Conference Room, Planning and Design Department, 1st Floor, Old Building, CWA Head Office, St Paul, Phoenix. 6. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per the KEY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE Address: Bid Opening Room, Ground Floor (New Building) CWA Head Office St Paul Mauritius 6. The Central Water Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
