Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) at St Louis Power Station. The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible Local and International Bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) at Saint-Louis Power Station Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2022/5773. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 13 February 2023 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 13 February 2023 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 15 February 2023 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 15 February 2023 as from 13.45 hours. Conference Room 3rd Floor (New Building), CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepipe Republic of Mauritius A site visit will be held on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at 10.30 hours (Mauritian time) at the Saint-Louis Power Station, Plaine Lauzun, Republic of Mauritius. The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
