Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Maintenance of IT Hardware for Digital Court Recording System (DCRS) at The New Supreme Court Building. 1. The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Maintenance of IT Hardware for Digital Court Recording System (DCRS) at The New Supreme Court Building. 2. Other details of the requirement, specifications and conditions are contained in the Bidding Document. 3. The bidding document is available, as attachment to this Notice of Procurement, free of charge on the Public Procurement Portal publicprocurement.govmu.org 4. Any clarification sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to The Master and Registrar, New Supreme Court Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis, or through e-mail cmbujun@govmu.org so as to be received at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of bids. 5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Procurement of Maintenance of IT Hardware for Digital Court Recording System (DCRS) at The New Supreme Court Building - ONB/5/2020-2021” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to The Master and Registrar, New Supreme Court Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis and deposited in the Tender Box located at the above mentioned address on or before Monday 22nd March 2021 up to 11 00 hours (local time) at latest. Late bids will not be accepted. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. 6. Bids will be opened at The Ground Floor of The New Supreme Court Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis on Monday 22nd March 2021 at 11 10 hours in the presence of bidders/bidders- representatives who choose to attend. 7. The Judiciary reserves the right to (a) accept or reject any bid; and (b) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award as per provision of section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.
