Tenders are invited for Provision and Upgrading of Lighting Facilities to existing football grounds (Les Casernes, Velodrome, Malherbes, Mangalkhan and Robinson Football Ground) 1.The Municipal Council of Curepipe is inviting bids from eligible Mauritian national bidders through the Government eProcurement System for: Provision and Upgrading of lighting facilities to five existing football grounds 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MUNICIPALITY OF CUREPIPE/IFB/2022/263 3.Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 24.04.23 @ 14 hrs 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 24.04.23. - 16.01 hrs to Tuesday 25.04.23 - 14.00 hrs 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on The Municipal Council of Curepipe Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Curepipe 6. The Municipal Council of Curepipe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
