Tenders are invited for Provision of Transport Facilities (Public ‘a- Carrier-S Licensed Lorries and Vans) to Zonal Directorates 1 - 4 , the Central Supplies Division and Psea 1 Provision of Public “A-Licensed” Carriers Zone 1 (Port Louis & Northern Regions ) 1.1 Trips not exceeding 10 Km 1.2 Trips above 10 Km, but not exceeding 20 Km 1.3 Trips above 20 Km, but not exceeding 30 Km 1.4 Trips above 30 Km, but not exceeding 40 Km 1.5 Trips above 40 Km, but not exceeding 50 Km 1.6 Trips above 50 Km, but not exceeding 60 Km 2 Provision of Public “A-Licensed” Carriers Zone 2 ( Eastern Regions) Rate per trip min. 5 tons Rate per trip min. 2 tons 2.1 Trips not exceeding 10 Km 2.2 Trips above 10 Km, but not exceeding 20 Km 2.3 Trips above 20 Km, but not exceeding 30 Km 2.4 Trips above 30 Km, but not exceeding 40 Km 2.5 Trips above 40 Km, but not exceeding 50 Km 2.6 Trips above 50 Km, but not exceeding 60 Km Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Provision of Transport Facilities (Public ‘A- Carrier-s Licensed Lorries and Vans) to Zonal Directorates 1 - 4 , the Central Supplies Division and PSEAMOETEST/ONB 033/2020-2021” and bearing the name and address of the bidder and the procurement reference number, should be addressed to The Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee, and deposited in the Bid Box or sent by courier service or registered mail so as to reach the Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee at the address below by Tuesday 09 March 2021 up to 10.30 hours (local time) at latest. Late bids will be rejected. Bids forwarded electronically will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10.40 hours (local time) on Tuesday 09 March 2021.
