• Tenders are invited for Refurbishment Works at Inlet Works and Primary Clarifiers at Montagne Jaquot Treatment Plant The works are required on 4Nos. Primary Clarifiers. Prices quoted shall refer to 4 clarifiers. 2.1.1 Decommissioning of each Scrapper Gearbox Motor, each Scummer Gearbox & Spindle, each Electrical Panel, Power Cables, Cable Conduit, Limit Switch, Scrapper & Rake Arm Rubber parts and each Drive Platform Guard Rails including Transportation of decommissioned items to WMA Store at Montagne Jacquot TP. Lot 1 2.1.2 Servicing of each Scraper Gearbox and Central Bearing by draining and lawful disposal of all oils and liquids and replace same as per manufacturers recommendations. Lot 1 2.1.3 Blasting of each Gearbox and Central Bearing Casing to remove Paint and Rust. Lot 1 2.1.4 Paint and Corrosion removal on all metallic component of each Clarifier (Walkway handrails, Staircase Handrails, Rake Arm, Scrapper Blades and Centre Cage) including welding works where required. Lot 1 2.1.5 Recoating of all Metallic Component of each Clarifier (Walkway handrails, Staircase Handrails, Rake Arm, Scrapper Blades and Centre Cage) with 1 layer bi-component two-pack system high quality epoxy primer followed by 2 layer bi-component Lot 1 Section II: Response Templates 13 Item No Brief Description of Works Unit of Measure Quantity Unit Price (Rs) Total Price (Rs) two-pack system high quality epoxy Paint (King Fisher). 2.1.6 Recoating of each Gearbox Casing and Central Bearing with 1 layer bicomponent two-pack system high quality epoxy primer followed by 2 layer bi-component two-pack system high quality epoxy Paint (To Match Colour of Supplied Gearbox Motor). Lot 1 2.1.7 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of appropriately sized motor for each Scrapper Gearbox including cabling to LV Panel as per technical specifications M&E-GB-012. Lot 1 2.1.8 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Manual Bevel Type Quarter Turn Gearbox, with vertical handle and appropriately sized Spindle for each Scummer as per technical specifications M&EGB-012. Lot 1 2.1.9 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 No. Led Flood Light to be fixed on lighting pole including wiring to LV Panel at each clarifier as per technical specifications M&E-LSO-005 Lot 1 2.1.10 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of Control Panel for each clarifier in accordance with Technical Specification M&E - EC - 003 for gearbox motor and lightings complete with power and control Lot 1 Validity of Bids The bid validity period shall be 90 days from the date of bid submission deadline. 3. Works Completion Period The Intended Completion period is 24 Weeks as from date of Letter of Acceptance. 4.
