Description:
Tenders are invited for Renovation of Port Louis Theatre - Phase Ii for the Municipal City Council of Port Louis. 1. THE CITY COUNCIL OF PORT LOUISis inviting bids from eligible and qualified bidders. Participation is limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. Joint ventures should be among entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the RENOVATION OF PORT LOUIS THEATRE - PHASE II 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCCPL/IFB/2023/247. 3. Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount of MUR 2,700,000/- in the format specified in the Bidding Documents. Bids not accompanied by a Bid Security as specified shall be rejected. The Original Bid Security shall be deposited at the following address on or before 05 March 2024up to 13.30 hours(Mauritian Time) at latest: The Deputy Chief Executive, Central Procurement Board, 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue (ex Moka Road) Rose Hill Republic of Mauritius 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System latest by Tuesday 05 March 2024up to 13.30 hours(Mauritian Time) at latest: 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 05 March 2024asfrom14.31 hours (Local Time) tillThursday 07 March, 2024at14.00 hours (Local Time). 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder onThursday 07 March 2024 asfrom14.01 hours up to18.00 hours. Conference Room, Central Procurement Board, 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue (ex Moka Road) Rose Hill 7. A pre bid site meeting will be held at the Council Meeting Room at The City Council of Port Louis, on Tuesday 20 February 2024 at 10:30 hours. A site visit conducted by the Chief Executive shall be organized on the same date shortly after the Pre-Bid Meeting. 8. THE CITY COUNCIL OF PORT LOUISreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
