Tenders are invited for Rental of a Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Solution (Operational Lease) 3. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 at 14:00hrs (Mauritius Team) at FSC House, Ebene. Interested bidders are required to confirm their attendance at the pre-bid meeting by email on procurement@fscmauritius.org by latest Monday, 27 November 2023 at 16:00hrs (Mauritius Time). The site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will entail to elimination even though you have submitted your quotation. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System by Tuesday, 12 December 2023 until 14:30hrs (Mauritius Time) 5. Bidders who have submitted their bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Tuesday, 12 December 2023 at 15:01hrs (Mauritius Time) until Wednesday, 13 December 2023 at 14:30hrs (Mauritius Time). 6. Bids will be opened online by the FSC in the presence of the Bidder-s representatives who choose to attend, at the address given hereunder, on Wednesday, 13 December 2023 at 14:31hrs (Mauritius Time).
