The Expression of Interest and all documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked: “Revamping of the Mauritius National Identity Card System - Reference: (PMO/21- 22/Q19/EOI)” and indicating the closing date and should be addressed to the Secretary for Home Affairs, Prime Minister-s Office (Defence and Home Affairs Division) and should be deposited in the Bid Box, Level 4, New Government Centre, Royal Street, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius, on or before Friday 15 October 2021 up to 13.30 hours (local time).
