Description:
Tenders are invited for Setting up of a Green Space at Morcellement Goomany, Berthaud Avenue Rose Hill. • Construction of perimeter boundary wall minimum 600mm height from existing ground level.Excavation in any material including rock ; removal of water for dry work; Supply of material and equipment-s ; Mixing and placing of mortar and concrete; Supply and placing of 150 mm concrete blocks; Placing blinding concrete, strip footing, R.C. column at 2.5m spacing, Rendering of the block wall complete with concrete columns as instructed by the Project Engineer (if specified) - Thickness of rendering 12 mm - Type of rendering: Sponge finish or Tyrolean finish as specified by the Project Engineer. • All surfaces to be painted with 3 coats of emulsion paint to approved color and quality. • Color chart to be submitted for color selection. • Supply and fixing of galvanized polyester coated fencing panels 2500mm wide by minimum 1200mm high above perimeter boundary wall fixed by means rustproof fixators and security bolts to appropriate galvanized polyester coated posts covered with plastic cap color green; • Supply and Fix Fencing posts to be secured at least 450mm deep in RC columns; • Fencing panels should be fixed to the fencing posts by means of galvanized and plastic coated fixing collars and stainless steel security bolts • Supply and fixing single leaf gate (1.2 wide) to be fixed to columns as per drawings and specifications. • Provision to be made for locking device for single leaf gate; • Note: Main gate to be fixed to RC columns after 14 days as from date of casting. • Grade of Concrete to be C15 for blinding layer, C25 for columns, C30 for bases and strip footing. • Sample fencing products to be approved by the Project Engineer requirements prior to be used on site. • Minimum depth of excavation for Column bases to be 1000mm from existing ground level. To be confirmed on site and minimum depth of excavation for strip footing to be 700mm. • Concrete cover for bases to be 50mm bottom cover and 50mm side covers. • Fishtails to be provided at the base of fencing posts prior to casting in concrete to a minimum depth of 300mm • Gates to be fixed to RC columns in not less than 14 days as from the date of casting • Backfilling behind and over concrete strip footing and bases with sand. • Site cleaning and carting away of any excess excavated materials on site except sand.
