Description:
Tenders are invited for Setting Up of a Wellness Park at Boundary Road, Rose Hill (near Sir Gaetan Duval Stadium). 1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Setting Up of a Wellness Park at Boundary Road, Rose Hill (near Sir Gaetan Duval Stadium). 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: ENV/IFB/2021/127. 3. Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 10.30 hours at Rose Hill (near Sir Gaetan Duval Stadium) opposite Quran House. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 29 September 2021 at 13.30 hours (Local Time). 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Wednesday 29 September 2021 from 14.31 hours till Friday 1 October 2021 at 13.30 hours (Local Time). 6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Friday 1 October 2021 at 13.31 hours up to 15.30 hours (Local time). 7. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
