MODEL GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Name of Borrower`s Country: Mauritius Name of Project: Capacity Building for the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE 1. The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd has received a grant from the African DevelopmeBank to finance the project Capacity Building for the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd. 2. The principal objectives of this project are to support the interconnectivity between SEM and the other six African stock exchanges that are participating in the African Exchanges Linkage Project, which will result in the creation of a deeper and more integrated regional capital markets The modes of procurement to be used shall be: Open Competitive Bidding - International; Open Competitive Bidding -National; and Least-Cost Selection (LCS) 3. The project includes the following components: Supply and installation for Automated Trading System with related cost to licensing and maintenance ); • TS, Hardware and IT equipment including servers; • Financial Audit 4. Procurement of goods will be in accordance with the Bank`s Rules of Procedure for the Procurement of Goods and Works. Acquisition of the services of Consultants will follow the Bank`s Rules of Procedure for the Use of Consultants. Bidding documents are expected to be available on 15 January 2021. 5.
