- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Configuration of a Scalable Centralised Broadcast Media Storage Server and High-Performance Enterprise 10Gbe Network Switches. 1. The Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation is inviting bids from eligible bidders open to local and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Installation and Configuration of a Scalable Centralised Broadcast Media Storage Server and High-Performance Enterprise 10Gbe Network Switches. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. 3. Reference Number on the system: MBC/IFB/2021/161 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by: as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from: as per Key Activity Schedule. 6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on as per Key Activity Schedule. For the purpose of submitting bids online on the e-Procurement System, it is mandatory for bidders are to use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the e-Procurement class which can be procured through the Mauritius Post by applying online on the website https://www.emudhra.mu 8. Bidders are advised to procure their DSC well before preparing the applications as it may take up to four days to obtain the DSC. 9. Bidders requiring support to prepare and submit their bid online are requested to contact the Help Desk of the Procurement Policy Office on (230) 201-1530.
