Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a New Email Solution for the Government Email System. 1. The Central Information Systems Division (CISD) of Ministry of Information Technology Communication and Innovation is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius (opened to local bidders only) through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a New Email Solution for the Government Email System. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: CISD/IFB/2024/147 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per the Key Activity Schedule. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per time set the Key Activity Schedule. 5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder Central Information Systems Division, 4th Floor, EmmanuelAnquetil Building, Corner SSR Street and Corner Pope Henessy Street Port-Louis 6. The Central Information Systems Division reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
