- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Optical Fibre Backbone, Networking and Civil Works at Saint Martin Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Wastewater Management Authority also referred as the Employer, invites eligible local contractors to submit their bid for the works described in detail hereunder. Any resulting contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions referred to in this document.
