Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Supply of Scratch Cards. Mahanagar Telephone (Mauritius) Ltd. (MTML) invites sealed Global RFP, under two stage bid system for “Supply of 500,000 Scratch Cards (2,000,000 PINs, 4 PINs per card) having denomination of Rs 25 (Quantity- 600,000 PINs), Rs 50 (Quantity600,000 PINs), Rs 100 (Quantity-600,000 PINs) and Rs 300 (Quantity- 200,000 PINs). The bidder is required to submit its technical and financial bids in separate envelops. In the first stage, only technical bid would be opened and evaluated. In second stage, the financial bid of only those bidders who are found technically suitable will be opened and evaluated. Intending Bidders may download the RFP document from MTML Web site www.chili.mu/services or collect the same from CFO, MTML, Ebene, Mauritius on all working days, on payment of MUR 2000 or USD 50 as tender/bid fees. Outstation bidders may transfer USD 50 in the following account and submit proof of payment along with the bid document, failing which the bids will not be opened further.
